Return/Refund Policy

Change your mind? Don't like what you received?

Not to worry. We accept returns of products provided:

1) We are being informed via email (sales@zaahara.com) within 2 days of the item received date.

2) There are no damages on the product and product is unworn & unwashed.

3) Postage will be bared by you.

You will be refunded in the form of store credits, which can be used for further purchases.

Refund Policy
We will only refund cash in the case that product is found faulty due to our fault; not due to the shipping company. Postage bared by us.

In the case that you received the wrong item, we will bare the postage cost to return the item and re-send the right item.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
