MALAYSIA CUSTOMERS
Customer Pick Up (FREE)
- Please allow 24 hours before you can pick up your item from our store. We will email you when your item is ready to be picked up.
- Pick up point: ZAAHARA, 111, Level 1, JALAN SS15/5A, 47500 Subang Jaya (1st Floor)
- Pick up time: 10am - 5pm daily.

- Once your items have been posted, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- Zaahara uses EASYPARCEL as our shipping agent. You may track your tracking number here.
- Products should be received between 1-3 working days.
- Zaahara is not responsible for any damages to the products during the delivery process
- Zaahara is not responsible for the late delivery of the item due to the shipping sgent.
- Zaahara accept refunds; within 1 week of the received date of item; provided that there are no damages to the products and tags (if applicable) are still attached.
3. PAYMENTS
We offer 3 types of payment methods:
1. Bank Transfer
This can be done through manual online banking or Cash Deposit Machine (CDM). Once you've placed your order, email us (sales@zaahara.com) the proof of payment.
2. iPay88 (Secured Online Bank Transfer)
Choose 'iPay88' as Method of Payment. iPay88 is a secure Malaysia online payment gateway which accepts Malaysia Online Bank Transfers (i.e: RHB, Maybank2u, CIMBClicks, Hong Leong Online, Bank Islam, etc.)
3. PayPal (Credit Card)
Should you prefer credit card payment, choose paypal. Not to worry, you don't need a paypal account to use this method.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- We will be using the Poslaju Express Mail Service (EMS)

PAYMENTS
- We accept credit card payments and bank telegraphic transfer for international customers.
- For credit card payments, choose 'Paypal' as Method of Payment at checkout - don't worry, you don't need a Paypal account to make payments.
- For bank telegraphic transfer, choose 'Bank Transfer' as Method of Payment at checkout and follow the instructions.
