About the Series
Signs in Creation is a 4-week Ramadhan discovery series designed to help children observe the world around them and recognise the Names of Allah reflected in nature.
Through guided scientific exploration, thoughtful discussion, and meaningful hands-on projects, children will learn that faith is not separate from the world — it is woven into it.
Each session introduces one Name of Allah and connects it to real-life systems, patterns, and processes in creation.
This is not a lecture-based class.
It is an interactive, reflective, and engaging experience designed for curious young minds.
What We’ll Explore
Week 1 – Al-Musawwir (The Fashioner)
Design & Pattern Lab
Children investigate symmetry, structure, and uniqueness in nature, reflecting on intentional design in every detail.
Project: Clay and cyanotype nature prints.
Week 2 – Ar-Razzaq (The Provider)
Balance & Ecosystems
Children explore how water cycles, sunlight, and soil work together to sustain life, learning how Allah provides through systems.
Project: Build a mini terrarium.
Week 3 – Al-Faatir (The Originator)
Hidden Growth & Mushrooms
Children discover how life begins and grows in unseen ways, reflecting on Allah as the One who brings forth creation.
Project: Grow-your-own mushroom kit.
Week 4 – Al-Quddus (The Most Pure)
Purification & Transformation
Children learn the science behind soap and cleanliness while reflecting on inner and outer purification during Ramadhan.
Project: Handmade soap-making.

About the Educator
Aisha Umm Harun is a Malaysian Muslim revert, nature enthusiast, and self-directed learner of Arabic. Since 2019, she has supported a community of mothers and children in nurturing a love for the language of the Qur’an and connecting faith to the world around them
