Qurban on the other hand is done in only 4 days; the day of Eid al-Adha and the three days of Tasyriq. While it is done within a constrained time, we make sure the performance is done in the best way and manner. The rituals are performed following organised sharia and sanitary procedures in Mecca’s slaughterhouses under the supervision of qualified Sharia and veterinary professionals.

The Distribution as per Aswadan Experience –

The need to feed the needy. To ensure the best of our performance of deed, we distribute the meat to the poor of Makkah by hand in their neighbourhood. We package and store the meat before distributing to ensure quality is attained at all times. The surplus is handed to Adahi organisation, the official Government body of Saudi Arabia that handles the distribution externally.

The meat will be packed and frozen and then shipped to 27 needy Islamic countries such as Bangladesh- Pakistan- Azerbaijan- Iraq- Syria- Lebanon- Palestine- Jordan- Djibouti- Sudan- Chad- Niger- Mali- Burkina Faso- Mauritania- Ghana- Liberia- Sierra Leone- Guinea- Conakry- Guinea Bissau- Comoros- Mozambique. We take all the necessary measures in ensuring the meat is delivered to the needy.
